    YOUR LIFE, YOUR CHOICE

    HOW TO COPE WITH PRESSURE
Raise your own awareness about pressure. It’s hard to manage without understanding.
We can’t deal with something unless we know it is there.

    ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY
People blame their circumstances for avoiding action, we will never manage pressure
as long as we think that’s it someone else’s responsibility to do it for us.

    TAKE ACTION
The Universe rewards action, not thought. There are millions of people who think up
wonderful ways for making money. Only the ones who do something about it get rich.

    MONITOR PROGRESS
Unless we monitor consciously our ability to manage pressure, we run the risk of slipping
into a pattern of behavior that produces stress instead of high performance.

THREE STEPS TO BEING A LOSER
    1. Always take time to explain why you lost.
    2. Devote your life to thinking about what you might possibly do.
    3. Never enjoy what you are doing.

HOW TO BEAT THE ‘BAD HEALTH’ EXCUSE
    1. Don’t be talking about your health all the time.
    2. Don’t worry about your health all the time.
    3. Be glad that your health is as good as it is.
    4. Repeat to yourself: I’d rather wear out than rest out.

    A LESSON IN LIFE

Everything happens for a reason. Nothing happens by chance or by means of
good or bad luck. Illness, Injury, Love, Lost moments of true greatness and
share stupidity all occur to test the limits of your soul. Without these small
tests, if they be events, illness or relationships, life would be like a smoothly
paved, straight, flat road to now here.
If someone hurts you, betrays you or breaks your heart, forgive them. For
they have helped you learn about trust and the importance of being cautions
to who you lean about trust and the importance of being cautions to who you
open your heart to talk to people you have never talked before. Make every
day count. Appreciation every moment and take from it everything that you
possibly can, for you may never be able to experience it again. You can
make of your life anything you wish. Create your own life and then go out
    and live it.
    Always smile and be Happy.
Life is for you its more important. Grow greenly and happily in your life.
